As one chapter closes, another begins.
After working with one of the world's most prestigious companies, Tiffany & Co., for over a year and a half, I finally put in my letter of resignation. There are more reasons as to why I've made a bold decision since the Company has been nothing but a blessing for me. The professional growth that I've acquired over the years is absolutely incomparable. I cannot thank my colleagues and my management team for believing in what I do, also putting up with my uncontrollable energy on a daily basis.
As I was cleaning out my locker, I found a withdraw receipt dated a few days right before I was hired.
The Bank of America receipt showed that I had less than $50.00 in my bank account.
Let's rewind back a little bit..
Before I turned 25, I had this wild list of things that I wanted to accomplish before I hit my quarter life crisis such as "Getting married by 25", "Make over 6 figures by 25", or... "Tour around Europe by 25". I won't go down the entire list for you guys, nor am i here to brag about my life. Before I even turned 25, I had absolutely no idea HOW I was even going to accomplish these things, but I was putting the work into action. I not just only believed but I told myself that I'm not going to just say things without executing it-- that's just not in my nature.. NO. I MUST BELIEVE IT CAN HAPPEN. SO KEEP WORKING HARD JOEY, JUST DO IT!!
Today, I am proud to say that I've accomplished every single item on my list before my own personal deadline except one thing... "Getting married by 25." Yeah, laugh all you want *insert cat tear emoji*.
Life is changing for me,
I am on a new journey to redefine who I am as a person in this world of the unknown..
And I'd like to announce my next big plan..
